Career Day

The Career Day program is an annual program held at Masuk High School. Approximately 600 students from all grade levels attend the morning program. Students will attend according to scheduled classes; if a student is not in one of those classes, they may pick up an individual pass from the Guidance office and have it approved by one of their teachers. More than fifty career fields are represented, including those that can be entered immediately after high school graduation all the way to those careers requiring gradate school education.

The careers will be grouped in the following Career Clusters as defined by the State Department of Labor and Education:

  • ARTS AND MEDIA
  • BUSINESS AND FINANCE
  • CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES AND DESIGN
  • ENVIRONMENTAL, NATURAL RESOURCES AND AGRICULTURE
  • GOVERNMENT, EDUCATION AND HUMAN SERVICES
  • HEALTH AND BIOSCIENCES
  • RETAIL, TOURISM, RECREATION, AND ENTREPRENEURIAL
